Obtained from 100% Glera grapes, an Italian white variety cultivated in Veneto’s region. Not carbonated but obtained through the Charmat-Martinotti method, with fermentation at a controlled temperature in closed steel tanks, till to obtain a pleasant pale straw yellow wine with fine perlage. Scents of flower and fruits, most of unripe apple and lemon. Crispy and pleasantly fruity.
